Who should use Blinksale?
Blinksale is perfect for anyone who needs to invoice clients for services or products sold. Blinksale is an excellent choice for attorneys, accountants, designers, IT professionals, software developers, journalists, contractors, engineers, architects, videographers, and more. Basically, if you need to send invoices, Blinksale can work for you.
What do I need?
Blinksale is an elegantly-designed web-application, and can be used with any modern web browser that supports web-standards. We recommend Mozilla Firefox, Apple's Safari, or Internet Explorer 6. We cannot guarantee Blinksale will work on other web browsers.
How will my clients receive my invoices?
Blinksale invoices are typically sent via email. You may also print and snail-mail your invoices if that's your thing. Additionally, if your client is a Blinksale subscriber, your invoices can be automatically added to their account. This makes record keeping and organization a breeze.
Can I design my own invoices?
Absolutely. In addition to our professionally-designed invoice templates, if you possess a technical knowledge of cascading style sheets (CSS) you can customize the design of your own invoices. You can also upload your own logo to make those invoices look purdy.
Is my data safe?
Our servers are housed in a secure, state-of-the-art colocation center in Dallas, Texas. You may export your data in a variety of formats, and though we hate to see you go, you are free to cancel Blinksale at any time.
Does Blinksale have an API?
As a matter of fact, it does. If you'd like to mash up Blinksale to work with other applications in your business workflow, we'd love for you to check out our API documentation.
Can I import my clients from Basecamp?
If you already use the popular Basecamp project management software from 37signals, Blinksale makes it easy to import and invoice your clients and customers without having to re-enter their data into Blinksale. With Blinksale, your Basecamp client information is only a couple clicks away.
