This is a quick post to let everyone know that since we launched a few days ago, there have been some inconsistencies in the way recurring invoice templates have been processing. Basically, they are working fine for some folks, and for others the invoices are not being sent at all. Which is obviously not ideal.
We’re aware of the problem, and are working on it right now so that everyone can send happy recurring invoices in short order. That said, if you’re looking to create a bunch of recurring templates today, you might hold off until tomorrow for good measure. We apologize for the inconvenience, and certainly appreciate your patience in the meantime.
One final note: Many have asked about setting a recurring schedule at a client level, as opposed to a template level. This is also in the works, and should be rolled out soon.
