This morning we rolled out a minor feature addition to Blinksale, and unfortunately an ugly bug decided to crawl into the release and rear it’s detestable head. It seems that for a period of about four hours today, new invoice info would not save (or send), and there were errors in receiving payments on existing invoices.
We’ve found and fixed the problem, but we understand that this was an unfortunate inconvenience for a few of you this morning. We are very sorry for the mishap. We know that handling your accounts receivable is a very important responsibility, and we’re making steps to ensure this won’t happen again.
