How to create a Blinksale account

  • On the Blinksale homepage, click Try for free
  • Enter the necessary information
  • Click Get Started once completed

How to change your Blinksale password

  • Click on the logo in between the bell and the + sign in the top right corner with your initials
  • Select (change) under Password
  • Type in your current password
  • Add your new password under New Password
  • Press Save when done and your password will be updated

How to set up your custom email address and domain

  • Click on your initials (or profile picture) in between the bell and the + sign in the top right corner
  • From the drop-down menu, select Email Delivery
  • Add in your email and domain
  • Press the blue Save button and your information will be updated.

How to change your business account picture

  • Click on your initials (or profile picture) in between the bell and the + sign in the top right corner
  • From the dropdown, under Account Owner, select your name
  • Where your initials currently are in the circle, click on the + sign
  • Select a picture from your files and then press Open
  • Your picture will be updated automatically

How to add another business to your Blinksale account

  • Click on your initials (or profile picture) in between the bell and the + sign in the top right corner
  • From the drop-down menu, select Go To Profiles Home
  • Select + Add New Business
  • Add in your Business Details
  • Press Save when done

How to change your default business in Blinksale

  • Click on your initials (or profile picture) in between the bell and the + sign in the top right corner
  • From the drop-down menu, select Go To Profiles Home
  • Toggle on the business you’d like to set as your default business by making sure the blue checkmark appears next to Load as Default. The others will automatically be toggled off.

How to view your Blinksale Notifications

  • Click on the bell icon next to your initials (or profile picture)
  • Press View All at the bottom of the dropdown

How to manage your notifications

  • Click on the bell icon next to your initials (or profile picture)
  • Press Settings at the top of the dropdown
  • Here you can edit where (email, in-app, or both) and if you receive notifications for invoices, payments, and comments

What to do if you’ve forgotten your password

  • On the Blinksale homepage, click Sign-in
  • Underneath the login information, select, Forgot your password?
  • Type in your email address
  • Select Send Password Reset Email
  • Check your email and click the attached link
  • From there, you will enter your new password
  • When you’re done, hit Save

How to add new members to your Blinksale account

  • Click on the logo in between the bell and the + sign in the top right corner with your initials
  • Select Members & Permissions
  • Under Pending Members, click on the + next to Invite a New Member
  • Add in the member’s email address
  • Select which access type you would like for them to have
  • Once completed, click Invite User
  • *They will receive an email with login information to help them get access to the account. From there, they will create their own login.

How to remove active members from your account

  • Click on the logo in between the bell and the + sign in the top right corner with your initials
  • Select Members & Permissions
  • Underneath Active Members, find the email address associated with the user you’d like to change
  • Click on the trashcan icon next to their email address
  • From the pop-up select the red, Delete Member button

How to change a member’s access type

  • Click on the logo in between the bell and the + sign in the top right corner with your initials
  • Select Members & Permissions
  • Underneath Active Members, find the email address associated with the user you’d like to change
  • Click on either Full Admin or Default Member and their permissions will be updated automatically.

How to edit your business information

  • Click on your initials (or profile picture) in between the bell and the + sign in the top right corner
  • From the drop-down menu, select Business Profile
  • Here, you can edit your business name, email, address, picture, tax ID, and website information
  • Press the blue Save button when complete or Cancel if you don’t want to save your changes

How to remove your business profile

  • Click on your initials (or profile picture) in between the bell and the + sign in the top right corner
  • From the drop-down menu, select Business Profile
  • Under your profile picture and business name, select the trashcan icon next to Remove this business profile
  • Select Continue if you wish to permanently delete your business profile

How to remove your subscription

  • Click on the logo in between the bell and the + sign in the top right corner with your initials
  • Select Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu
  • Underneath Subscription (the top box), click on the red trashcan and Remove Subscription button
  • To delete your subscription, select the red, Delete Subscription
  • If you don’t wish to delete your subscription, click, Keep Subscription

How to manage your subscription

  • Click on the logo in between the bell and the + sign in the top right corner with your initials
  • Select Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu
  • Here you can view your subscription (annual or monthly) and your payment method

How to change your payment method for your subscription

  • Click on the logo in between the bell and the + sign in the top right corner with your initials
  • Select Manage Subscription from the dropdown menu
  • Under Payment Method (bottom box), click on the pencil icon
  • Edit the information as needed
  • Select Save when done and the card associated with your account will be updated automatically.
